2. The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, and modified Terms become effective after notification.

  • AI-powered file search and queries
  • Personal profile pages

    2. Paid Plans: Additional features and storage are billed monthly.

    3. Plan changes take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle.


    Article 7 (Disclaimer)

    1. The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events.

    2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the User's fault.


    Supplementary Provisions

    These Terms are effective as of March 1, 2025.
